Custom Formulation

Toll Manufacturing

You provide a formula, or work with our R&D to develop one. A sample is created for your testing and approval, often under an NDA. Once approved, ELIXIA will manufacture your product using automated/semi-automated processes. Rigorous analysis is conducted for safety, stability, and efficacy of the product. Formula Upgrades (Reformulation/Optimization)

Whether pioneering a new product or improving an existing one, we leverage cutting-edge technologies to create formulations that meet the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and market competitiveness. Motivation behind formula upgrades:

Regulatory Compliance: In order to maintain legal compliance in target markets, formula modifications are required due to the ongoing evolution of global regulations that prohibit specific substances (such as certain preservatives or fragrance allergies) or update consumption restrictions.

Transparency

At Elixia, transparency refers to a clear, open, and honest approach to every stage of the skincare manufacturing process. This includes providing clients with full visibility into ingredient sourcing, formulation details, production timelines, regulatory compliance, pricing structures, and quality control standards. Transparency at Elixia ensures that partners are well-informed, confident in the safety and efficacy of their products, and able to make strategic decisions based on accurate and timely information. It reflects a commitment to integrity, accountability, and long-term trust in every client relationship.

Documentation: Import Documents will be produced for each ingredient and Certificate of Analysis (CoA) is recorded and kept up to date. Each COA is associated with a certain Batch Number enabling us to link the finished product to the precise quantities of ingredients utilized and the particular production circumstances.
Digital Recording: Electronic documentation and tracking of every stage of the production process for a specific batch of skincare products. This includes recording raw material lot numbers, quantities used, processing parameters (such as temperature, mixing time, and pH), equipment details, in-process quality checks, final quality control results, packaging data, and release approvals. By maintaining secure, time-stamped digital batch records, Elixia ensures full traceability, regulatory compliance, data accuracy, and efficient recall management if required. This system enhances operational transparency, minimizes human error, and supports consistent product quality across all manufactured batches..
Supervision: All Manufacturing/Production will be invigilated by a designated official. Continuous oversight of manufacturing activities conducted by a qualified and designated professional responsible for ensuring compliance, quality, and safety standards. The official will monitor critical stages including raw material verification, formulation, mixing, filling, packaging, labeling, and final quality checks. Their role is to ensure that each batch is produced according to approved formulations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements. Through documented approvals and process verification, this supervision safeguards product consistency, regulatory compliance, and overall manufacturing integrity.

Fill and Packaging

Controlled and systematic process is carried out to transfer finished skincare formulations into their final containers and preparing them for distribution. This stage includes precise volumetric filling, sealing, labeling, batch coding, and secondary packaging in accordance with approved specifications and regulatory standards. Elixia ensures that packaging materials are verified, hygienic conditions are maintained, and in-process quality checks are conducted to prevent contamination, leakage, or mislabeling. Proper filling and packaging not only preserve product stability and integrity but also ensure that the final product meets brand, safety, and compliance requirements before market release.

Fulfillment

After manufacturing and packaging are complete, finished skincare products are prepared and dispatched to clients, distributors, or retailers. This includes inventory management, order processing, picking and packing, documentation, shipping coordination, and logistics tracking. Elixia’s fulfilment services ensure that products are stored under appropriate conditions, orders are accurately assembled according to client specifications, and deliveries are executed efficiently and on schedule. This integrated approach streamlines the supply chain, reduces handling errors, and enables brands to focus on sales and marketing while Elixia manages operational distribution support.
